It was all thanks to Elizabeth Wellington and Sarah Battani Sams, two Denver parents who founded a moms-only dance party, Moms Feelin’ Themselves (MFT), in 2022, and now, after drawing sold-out crowds, have turned it into a traveling, national movement.

"Those first few small venues kept selling out, and suddenly we were watching moms waitlist themselves just to show up for each other. After we sold out a 500-person music hall, we realized how big this needed to be. That's what sparked the national tour."
